We are pleased to announce our annual Awards Evening is taking place on Monday 18 September 7 pm at the Watson Hall. This is when we thank volunteers, sponsors and funders and announce the results of the Mayor's Floral Competition when local businesses including shops, hairdressers, pubs, cafes, hotels as well as visitor attractions battle it it out for gold awards and 'best in category' placings.
We will also disclose the results of the town's Heart of England in Bloom entry 2017, will it be another gold? Have we won the 'best in category' again?
We will also be celebrating the success of the BBC2 filming project and will have some musical entertainment as well to make sure the evening gets into full swing!
